Happy 8th Birthday to Lizzi! She has definitely been our daughter who has embraced everything about Guatemala. From the language to tamales to the people, she loves Guatemala. She is also a leader who knows exactly what she wants and she has no problem sharing her opinion with you. We have no idea where she gets it from. She chose not to go to the “amusement” park because she wanted to invite the neighbors and a few friends to the house for dinner. (We didn’t know the group at the mission house left Sunday morning! The party quickly moved to the mission house!). If you want to watch about 35 children adults and children hit the ground for cover, just invite Soy to do your next fireworks show!
