One of our precious boy, Sergio, lives with his 4 siblings and mom in a small block room without lights. They burn candles at night for light which can obviously be very dangerous. We have checked on getting electricity for his house but we have been unsuccessful.
Two weeks ago we were able to purchase a solar panel with LED lights to provide Sergio’s family with lights at no monthly cost. Sergio worked with Bro. Terry Rainey’s group one Saturday to build a house for a family. He “bought” the light set for his family. Soy hooked the lights up on Saturday night and they light up the entire room! The mother didn’t quite understand how everything works but she was thrilled.
The following week Sergio asked me if I needed his help again!
