The kids at the feeding center had a blast as we celebrated birthdays and Easter! The kids were amazed at the ability to dye an egg. You would’ve thought I was as cool as Bryan Drake when I demonstrated how to place the egg in the cup and it magically turns a different color. On Monday and Tuesday each enjoyed making an Easter craft, an egg hunt, a birthday celebration, and watching the Jesus film. Over the course of two days we had 15 pounds of chips, 12 pounds of nacho cheese, 21 liters of soda, 400 eggs, the Gospel presentation, the Jesus movie for kids, and lots of candy. There were even prize eggs for special gifts and money! There were 110 happy kids this week.
