Danville Baptist built a house for a family involved in the feeding center and GRACE church. The mother and five small girls were sharing one room with one bed. The family was elated to have a laminate house for their family, and they decorated it with pride as they painted the beams and hung streamers. Several weeks ago, Eddie and Sue Turrentine visited the family and blessed them with the money for an additional bed. We delivered the bed the following week to the family. They are quick to realize their blessings come from the Lord. This is the grandmother giving thanks to God for their blessings and one new bed.
Mark Mast challenged the kids at the feeding center to recite a verse previously memorized. Melani had no problem as she jumped up and quickly all of the verses! She was impressive.
