Love that is Bigger!

A couple of weeks ago a teacher asked Wilfredo to answer one simple question, “How has Grace Ministries changed your life?” She sent me his response and I was reminded of the importance of Grace Ministries for so many of our students. Here is part of his response:

During the pandemic they closed the schools.   We had to stay at home and we could not attend school.   But the teachers did something special. They went to every student’s house to continue to teach all of the students although they knew it wasn’t safe. Their love was bigger. In quarantine my dad didn’t earn enough money for my family. I  remember one day when we didn’t have anything to eat. We couldn’t leave our house to buy food because of restrictions. The truth is we didn’t have money to buy the food.   But that day we received a call with really good news. A worker from Grace ministries called us and told us they will bring food for our family.  I felt the power of God working and providing in a  great time of need.  I praise God and I’m thankful with Grace ministries . I’m here to tell you about God’s love, his faithfulness, his miracles, and I know how much Jesus loves me.

A young teenage boy saw the greatness of God’s love, His provision, His faithfulness in a time of great need. God used a bag of food to answer the prayer of a family. God used one bag of food to demonstrate HIS love for each of us.

Is your love for these precious children bigger? Are you willing to allow God to use your blessings to meet the needs of others?

We need $3,862 to reach our goal to provide food for the children in our school. If we receive $3,862 by July 9th then a generous donor will give an additional $10,000!

Will you consider giving towards the goal?

You can give online at https://aglimpseofgrace.reachapp.co/donations/new. Simply write “Food” in the notes.
